Understand any spreadsheet or PDF in seconds
Got a large export, a report from a colleague or a statement you need to make sense of? Drop it here and get a clear summary: what each column contains, totals and averages, the date range, the most common values, missing or duplicated data, and charts that show the shape of your data. No formulas or pivot tables needed.
Works with messy files
Real files rarely start neatly at cell A1. The analyser skips titles and blank rows to find the real table, reads amounts written like ₹1,23,456.50 or (250.00), and understands dates such as 05/10/2026 or 12-Mar-2026. Each sheet in a workbook gets its own report.
Password-protected files, kept private
Bank statements and payroll files are often locked. If you know the password, type it and the file is opened right on your device. The password is used only to read the file and is never stored or sent.
Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened and analysed inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, so it’s safe for bank statements, salary sheets and other private files.
Can it open password-protected files?
Yes, if you know the password. Type it when asked and the file is read on your device. The password isn’t saved or sent, and your file isn’t changed. This tool can’t open files without the password.
My sheet has titles and notes above the table. Will it still work?
Yes. The analyser looks for the real header row, even if titles, logos or blank rows sit above it. If it picks the wrong row, choose the right one from the Header row menu.
What does it find in a PDF?
Page count and sizes, words and reading time, fonts, images, links, form fields, document details, the most used words, and emails, phone numbers, amounts and dates in the text. Tables in the PDF are detected and analysed like a spreadsheet.
Which statistics does it calculate?
For number columns: sum, average, median, minimum, maximum, standard deviation, outliers and a distribution chart. For dates: the range and counts per month and weekday. For text: unique values and the most common entries. It also counts duplicates, blank rows and missing values, and shows how numeric columns relate.
Why does a PDF show few words?
Scanned PDFs are pictures of pages with no text layer. The report points out pages that look scanned; their text needs OCR before it can be counted.
